Hi, I'm Kara!!

I have over 18 years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, training, content design, and copywriting. I currently serve as a Community Director, Project Manager, and Producer. 

I'm passionate about coaching leaders and supporting teams with best practices, clear communications, and brand-supportive messages. My creativity and highly skilled, empathetic approach to problem-solving consistently result in supportive and interactive team environments. 

I am excited to utilize my skills as a designer, producer, and creative to aid in workplace development, fostering happy workplaces and empowering their leaders. 

I've crafted my life to be an experience I don't need a vacation from. I love to travel and have lived and worked remotely from New York, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, and Guatemala City. Currently, I service clients from The Gulf of Mexico. 

I also hold an M.A. in Media Studies and Digital Design from New School University, along with certificates in Media Management and Screenwriting.
